Effective date: June 5, 2026. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Efohe, the app discovery platform accessible at efohe.com (the “Service”). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Service and, where practicable, by other reasonable means. Continued use after any update constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, features, technology, content, and any accompanying software, are owned by Efohe or its licensors. This includes the Efohe name, logos, and branding assets, all of which are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms solely for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without the express written consent of Efohe, except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Service functions as an app discovery platform. Individual apps displayed on the Service are hosted, maintained, and distributed by third-party storefronts, primarily Google Play. The actual download, installation, and ongoing operation of those apps occur through Google Play and are governed by Google’s terms of service and privacy policies. Efohe does not host the app binaries on this site and does not control or warrant the performance, security, or legality of any third-party app. Any interaction with third-party apps or the Google Play storefront is at your own risk, and you agree to comply with the third party’s terms. Efohe may provide information about third-party apps, but such information is subject to change without notice and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Efohe disclaims all liability arising from your use of third-party apps or Google Play services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EFOHE AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. EFOHE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY CONTENT OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH CONTENT OR USE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EFOHE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY APPLICABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EFOHE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EFOHE FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY, DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Efohe is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in such courts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall continue in effect.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
